Waves4Life is prepared to provide all young people in the country with Free Time Activities during the summer school holidays. They will undoubtedly be a unique and unforgettable vacation where contact with nature is a constant, in a calm, safe, healthy and extremely fun environment.
By allowing young people to experience new experiences, through the practice of water sports, we will also induce attention and interest in preserving nature and the environment by fighting pollution.
Waves4Life has available experienced instructors certified by IPDJ (Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth) and FPS (Portuguese Surfing Federation), prepared to teach classes for children from 8 years old up to 18 years old.
We teach surf in a fun way but always with high security for all our students.
Our beach is distinguished from the rest of Costa da Caparica because it is a beach with few people in and out of the water. These conditions make Waves4Life have the best environment to learn to surf, away from the crowds of pontoons on the Costa of Caparica. In addition to being safer, you will get more attention from the instructor.
Adding this to the fact that we are very close to Lisbon, makes our school an excellent choice for learning to surf.

Can have access to the clinics on a daily or weekly basis (5 days)
Our activities can be done on a daily or weekly basis depending on the student’s availability and wishes.
We are prepared to receive people:
– Independent people (group classes with a minimum of 2 people).
– School groups (maximum of 25 students, with rotating classes. There will not be 25 students at the same time in the water so that we can guarantee greater safety and education for all.)
All material is included in the price (board, leash and wetsuit) and sports insurance.

Depending on the number of students, and the weather / sea conditions, the schedule of classes may be different.

All of these classes must be booked at least 2 days in advance and with the appropriate authorizations signed.
